HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST

We are looking for an HR Specialist to support the HR & Administration Director in implementing key strategic HR initiatives across the company.

The role focuses on executing HR projects related to Compensation & Benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and UAE labor laws.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience with proven exposure to at least two or more HR functional modules (Performance, L&D, Compensation, HR Systems).
  • Experience in HR project coordination, analytics, and policy implementation.
  • Previous experience in the construction, marine, or engineering sector will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business administration or related field.
  • CIPD, CHRP Certification
