As our Media & Marketing Officer, you’ll work closely with the Media & Marketing Coordinator to ensure all branding and communication efforts across the company follow our established guidelines and reflect PLC’s values.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Proactive, organized, and hands-on with operations
- Able to think creatively while maintaining brand consistency
- Proficient in Canva, with working knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable visiting project sites and taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
This is not a graphic design role — it’s a communications-driven position where brand alignment, content coordination, and execution are key.
Job Details
The Media & Marketing Officer supports the company’s branding, communication, and marketing initiatives by ensuring consistent and professional representation across all platforms. This role plays a key part in maintaining PLC’s visual identity, developing engaging content, and coordinating materials that showcase the company’s projects, people, and values. Additionally, the position contributes to the growth and consistency of PLC’s brand by coordinating marketing initiatives, upholding communication standards, and strengthening the long-term structure and efficiency of the Media & Marketing Department.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar marketing or communications role.
- Strong understanding of brand management and corporate identity principles.
- Proficient in Canva; familiar with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Review and enhance company profiles, prequalification documents, and presentations by incorporating stakeholder feedback and maintaining brand consistency.
- Coordinate the design and production of internal and external marketing materials — including brochures, stationery, videos, and event collateral — ensuring alignment with corporate branding and values.
- Participate in project site visits to assess brand implementation, capture photos and insights, and prepare reports with improvement recommendations.
- Collect, organize, and archive project photos and visual assets, maintaining the company’s central marketing library.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all departments and materials, maintaining a cohesive and professional corporate image.
- Support internal initiatives and events by developing promotional materials and coordinating branding requirements.
- Leverage creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office for daily marketing and communication tasks.
- Apply basic photography and photo editing skills to keep the company’s gallery current and visually consistent across platforms.
- Collaborate with site teams to capture on-ground activities and ensure consistent brand visibility across ongoing projects.
- Monitor the performance of marketing content and initiatives, providing insights and basic reports to guide future strategies.
